Chop 4 stalks and their florets of broccoli into fine pieces. Cut two red bell peppers into short julienned strips. Cut 5 blocks of super firm tofu into small batons. Whisk 4 tbsp + 2 tsp each of liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, cider vinegar, and olive oil. Toss tofu batons in this mixture, and allow to soak. Dice 2 yellow onions and carrot. Roast on a lightly oiled sheet tray till they brown. Toss raw turkey and tofu batons together and roast in the oven till browned. Toss 5 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil with chopped broccoli and bell pepper. Fry in a skillet in batches. Toss cooked broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and carrots with 8tbsp of nutritional yeast. Mix all cooked ingredients and combine with any desired sauce (not included in the nutritional computations). Divide the cooked filling into 14 containers. Divide the baby spinach also into 14 containers in separate containers. Split the yogurt and frozen fruit into 14 separate containers. Each day, split in 3 tortillas and about 1 oz of kimichi for each serving. Cooked filling can be heated separately, then spinach, kimchi, and hot filling can be added to warmed tortillas, or eat cold. Yogurt and fruit is desert.
