Finely dice Celery 8 stalks of celery
Wash or peel 8 medium carrot into a medium small dice

Add aromatics to a crock pot
Roughly mash two cans of chick peas, add mashed chick peas, two unmashed cans, and their water to the crock pot.
Add one large 28 can of diced tomatoes and liquid, and 12 oz (1 large or 2 small cans) of tomato paste
Grind dried herbs: 1 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp sage, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. Add them, 1/4c+2tsp olive oil, and 3-1/2 tsp mortin lite salt, and 1/4c+2tsp nutritional yeast to the crock pot.
Add enough water to fill the crock pot.
Set crock pot on high and cook for min 3 hours.
Cut four blocks of super firm tofu into short and thin batons. Roast, pan fry, or bake tofu till it turns firm and slightly rubbery.
Portion out 2lbs of frozen fruit into separate, sealed, containers and set aside.
As the cook time on the crock pot ends, cook kale in the microwave per package instructions. Boil pasta per package instructions.
Evenly divide all ingredients into 14 clean and empty containers with lids.
This makes 14 vegan, reasonably high protein meals.
