Instructions
- Soak the lentils for 4h - Mince the onion and grill it with the oil in a pig pan - Stir the maizena in the vegetable milk - Add in the spices, the vegetable milk with maizena, the coconut milk, the tomatoes. Stir and heat to gentle boiling point - Cook at low heat for 25mn - Add the oats, cottage cheese, chiseled coriander leaves (optional) and cook for 5 more minutes DIAAS calculation: see example mix at https://www.diaas-calculator.com
