This is based on a dish made by Julia Child that she labeled “Hamburger Dinner.” Though it will have authentic flavors, there doesn’t appear to be an exact version of this that is common in France.
It is cooked patties of ground turkey, and a creamy tomato sauce. It also has some side vegetables to go with it.
This should be served atop a starchy dish. Julia Child made a rice dish that is somewhat copied in another recipe.

1 Large Egg
6 cup chopped Broccoli
3 medium Carrots
Freezer:
2 bag (24 oz) Spinach, unprepared, chopped or leaf, frozen
1/2 package (5 oz) Onions, unprepared, chopped, frozen
How to Prepare:
Add to the small saucepan:
1/2 tbsp Butter
1/2 package (5 oz) Onions, unprepared, chopped, frozen
Heat the saucepan over medium low heat, till onions cook down and become translucent.
Add 2 tbsp Minced Garlic to the saucepan, and continue to cook, stirring constantly till garlic becomes fragrant.
Set the onion and garlic mixture aside to cool.
Into a cup or bowl, measure out and mix with well:
