Instructions
Chop onion, peppers and carrots. Finely mince garlic. 5 litre In dutch oven Sauté onion until soft add garlic. Sauté for 3 min. Add chopped peppers and carrots and sauté for 15 min. Add all remaining ingredients. Drain and rince beans before adding. Add 2 cups water. Add seasoning. Simmer for 1 hour.
