Protein Bars can be any brand. Cut your protein bars into bite size pieces for easier consumption as you work. This allows you to snack throughout the day instead of trying to eat the whole thing as once. Mixed Fruit Should consist the following - Strawberries, Kiwi, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Oranges Stay Away from the following for Glucose spiking reasons - Bananas, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honey Dew (Mainly the melon family)
