Instructions
Weigh your cheese and tortilla chips. Extra calories come from the fat in our cheese and the extra chips we decide to eat because we only have a "few" left. I like to use sirloin or flank steak for my protein 1. Cook steak to desired temp 2. Weigh to ensure you are close to 170g (If you have more cut it off for a snack tomorrow!) 3. Weigh out Tortilla chips to 84g 4. Weigh cheese to 28g and top steak Optional Add onion and peppers (50g total) for flavor. Adds (roughly) only 20-30 calories with NO oil or butter
