Instructions
Rehydrate potatoes according to instructions on box, approx 10 minutes Add oil to pan and turn on MED. When pan is hot, add rehydrated potatoes and partially brown. Add bacon crumble when the time feels right (they’re already cooked so you’re just heating them up). Pour egg whites evenly across the pan. Season to taste. You can either stir to make scrambled skillet or leave as is for an omelette like meal.
