Walnut-Date Oat Balls (No-Bake)

Instructions
Stir the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients on top and swirl them, then stir everything together. This will be a stiff dough, possibly a little crumbly, and slightly sticky. Roll dough into 25 balls with your hands. Arrange on a baking sheet. Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then freeze for an hour or so until set. Enjoy!
