1) Pre-heat waffle maker on medium
2) Combine superseeds, almond flour, baking powder & sea salt in a large bowl. Wisk to combine fully & set aside.
3) Add eggs, water and oil to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds, until foamy.
4) Transfer liquid mixture to the bowl with superseeds.
5) Stir with a spatula, just until incorporated. The mixture will be very fluffy. Allow to sit for 3 minutes.
6) Add fresh herbs or ground cinnamon.
7) Divide mixture into 4 servings. Scoop each, one a t a time, onto the preheated waffle iron and close the top. Cook until it beeps and repeat for the remaining waffles.
8) Eat immediately or freeze.
