Instructions
Add 40g dry oats to a high-powered blender with 2 cups cold/filtered water. Blend 30-40 seconds. Strain liquid into a large bowl (discard or save pulp for other recipes), then blend for another 10-15 seconds. Strain again and store in air-tight vessel of choice. Keeps for about 5 days in the fridge. *Shake before drinking as it will separate a little as it sits.
