Instructions
Blend Eggs, Egg whites, and cottage cheese with immersion blender. Distribute equally in pint sized mason jars. Place once ounce each of cheese and ham in each mason jar and loosly place covers and rings on jars. Place in 172 degree sous vide bath for 90 minutes. Keeps in fridge for 1 week. You can chance proteins and cheeses to your tastes and add any veggies you desire.
