Instructions
Brown and break up sausage, transfer to plate to drain. Add onion, cook for 5 minutes, add garlic, salt and pepper cook for one minute. Add broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Add kale and cook until leaves are tender and bright green, 3-5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, sausage, and bacon and simmer for 5 minutes. season with pepper, garnish with parmesan cheese, and serve.
