Instructions
Prep all ingredients. In hot wok add chili oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, celery, carrots, thick ends of Bok Choy, stir 4 minutes. add bell peppers, onion, mushrooms and stir for 5 minutes. Add garlic, soy, siracha, Hoisin, chicken broth, and stir for 3 minutes. add precooked chicken, Boc choy greens and stir until heated through. Serve over rice or Spaghetti squash.
