Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 8-10 mins per side, let rest and chop into bite sizes pieces. Slice pita bread into two large halves. Grill or broil inside halves of pita until toasted. On each half of pita, use 1 tbsp of bbq spread out like pizza sauce. Pile on toppings and then cheese, grill or broil pizzettes until krispy.
