Instructions
Chop shallot (or onion). In a large shallow skillet, cook butter over medium heat. Add shallots and cook 2 minutes. Add flour and cook 1 min longer. Slowly pour and whisk in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then let simmer over low heat. Pile meat on cutting board, season meat with salt and pepper. Dip into loose Au jus the spread onto rolls. Dip and eat.
