Mix all ingredients together and enjoy! The higher fiber value of this recipe tends to keep me full for a very long time and has been excellent for cutting weight without feeling terrible. Those looking to gain weight instead might consider using a higher-fat Greek Yogurt variety. The agave syrup can be substituted or eliminated to reduced added sugar, but the fruit along may not be sweet enough for some people. Fruit weight will be substantially higher if using fresh fruit (preferred).
