Instructions
Chiffonade 2 basil leaves. Mix 1tsp vanilla extract in 1 cup of non fat plain yogurt. Portion into two serving containers. Sprinkle 1 tsp of roasted and hulled pumpkin seeds into each of the serving containers. Slice 1/2 a medium banana, and toss with 1 tsp of lemon juice, and 1/8 tsp low sodium salt substitute. Evenly divide into the two serving containers. Evenly divide 1/4 of the chiffonade basil into each serving container Sprinkle 1 tsp of hulled roasted sunflower seed kernels into each container Portion out 1/3 lb of frozen, unsweetened, strawberries. Mix with 2 tsp of dextrin fiber powder and 1/8 tsp salt substitute. Then toss with 1 tsp lemon juice. Sprinkle remaining basil remaining basil evenly over the two containers. Allow strawberries to thaw, then serve. Conversely, it can be refrigerated. If it is made at the start of making a dinner, the strawberries will likely thaw by the time it is for desert.
