Instructions
Onion chopped and cooked in 1 Tbspoon of oil. Add the garlic chopped. Add the ground beef. Cook until beef looks done, add tomato puree and crushed tomatoes or 1 full can of crushed tomatoes (12 ounce in total). Add agave nectar, salt, crushed pepper, thyme, 1/2 cup water. Let them reduce to make a thick sauce.
