I duplicated the parmesan cheese in the 1st recipe I published. This is the corrected version.
Turn burner on low and Place 1 tortilla in bottom of OVEN SAFE non-stick pan (cover bottom - I added 1/2 tearing pieces)
Sprinkle 1/2 of grated mozzarella cheese and when it's slightly melted and bottom is brown Add
egg whites (I used Costco real egg whites in the carton
Place layer of spinach on top and cut roasted peppers - 1.75 Oz = about 1/4 cup
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top (I used Kraft 1/4 C = 9 oz. and top with other 1/2 of mozzarella cheese
Add Italian herbs (sparingly) and salt and pepper and whatever herbs you like.
Put pan in oven (I used Oven-Safe 10" diameter pan) and Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes (depending on oven - it's done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Slide it onto cutting board and slice. You can pick it up and eat like pizza.
I'm doing Low Calorie foods; however, you can add whatever you like. Low Carb and zero carb Tortillas and jars of roasted peppers can be purchased at most grocery stores. I used Costco pre-grated mozzarella cheese (1/2 Cup = 160 calories). I have excellent non-stick pans and used no olive oil. Tried to add picture, downloaded but couldn't attach it.
