Instructions
In the same pan used to sear the beef entree, lower heat to medium, add oil (if needed) and butter. Saute onion and mushrooms until onions are soft. Deglaze pan with red wine and let reduce. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add beef entree back to the pan and heat through.
