Instructions
Add whipping cream, dijon and Brandy to a boil in a small pot. Reduce heat to simmer until it is reduced by a third and is thickened a bit. You can also add a tsp of cornstarch mixed with cold water to make it a little thicker. Make sure the sauce isn't bubbling at all when adding the cornstarh or it will lump. After adding the corn starch bring to a simmer for 1-2 more minutes.
