MAKES 16 servings FROM START TO FNISH: 50 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine the mashed avocado, almond milk, and maple syrup in a bowl.
3. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Mix flour mixture into the avocado mixture until smooth batter is formed. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan.
5. Bake 40 minutes or until fork poked into the center comes out clean. Let brownies cool 15 minutes before cutting.
