Instructions
Sauté onion and pepper in 3 T EVOO over medium high heat. Add garlic and meat; stir and continue to cook, breaking meat into little chunks. Add spices, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes and 1 can of water. Add beans (rinsed and drained). Add chiles. Lower heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.
