Instructions
Put Oilve oil on a pan, add chopped onion and stir until see through. Add ground beef and stir until cooked, add crushed garlic and grated carrot, stir well and then add cubed celery and grated mushrooms. Mix well add salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce and vegetable broth at the end. Cook well for 1 hour at medium heat.
