Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and heat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until browned. 2. Add the sausage and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until no pink remains, stirring and chopping to crumble the sausage into small pieces. If you have it, add a tablespoon or so of bacon grease for extra flavor. 3. Add the flour; mix well. Add the Worcestershire sauce, spices and milk; mix well. 4. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the gravy thickens, stirring constantly. Add more milk if the mixture gets too thick or to your liking. Note: Add more flour and milk to increase the serving size. 5. Serve over a Pillsbury Grand Biscuit or any of your favorite biscuits and your favorite fried egg. Note: the recipe is for pork sausage, if breakfast sausage is used you can omit the sage, thyme and marjoram seasonings
