1. Soak beans for 24 hours
2. Cook beans
3. Allow beans to cool in the cooking water.
3. Combine dry ingredients. Add a heap of herbs (thyme or rosemary)
4. Strain beans and partially mash
5. Then and add dry ingredients and mix.
6. Blend 450g can of beetroot with juice form can. (Only use 1/3 for this recipe)
7. Add 1/3 of blended beetroot and mix.
8. Leave mixture in fridge for at least 1 hr
9. Form in patties and bake for for 10 minutes
10. Brush with coconut oil and bake for 5 minutes
11. Turn, brush with coconut oil and and bake for 5 minutes.
12. Freeze.
Grill and serve.
Makes 7 patties.
