1. Preheat oven to 350 0 F.
2. In a medium bowl combinecake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into a 9 inch square greased cake pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a tooth pick in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven, set aside and let cool.
5. In a small sauce pan add mixed berries and splenda over medium heat. Bring mixture to a low simmer. Use a fork or spoon to crush some (or all) of the berries to produce desired consistancy.
6. Remove from heat and let cool.
7. To serve: when the cake has cooled cut into 12 equal rectangles. Center a piece of cake on a small plate and place a spoonful of berry sauce on the center of the cake. Add a mint leaf from center to the corner of the square. Top with a strawberry half in the center.
