NOTE1: Good taste with salt, try without.
NOTE2: May need to bake crust more then 8 minutes. Remove when outed edges do turn brown and center is fully baked.
1) Preheat the oven to 400 degF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a small bowl, wisk the egg.
3) With a rubber spatula, whisk the egg into the flour mixture, then kneed the crumbly mixture into uniform, smooth dough. If the mix is so dry & crumbly that you can't kneed into a smooth dough, add a tablespoon of water.
4) Transfer the dough into the prepared baking sheet. Cover it with another sheet of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it into a large 10" diameter, 1/4" thick circle.
5) Remove the top parchment layer. Bake crust until golden and the edges are just beginning to brown, 7-8 minutes.
6) Remove the pizza crust from the oven. Allow it to rest in the pan for 5 minutes.
7) Top the crust with the pizza sauce, sprinkle it with mozerella and add any other topings. Cover the edges of the crust with strips of foil to prevent them from burning.
8) Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool & set for 5 minutes, then use a pizza cutter to cut into 8 triangles. Serve immediately.
