Instructions
Whisk olive oil, and 3 tbs of lemon juice, with salt to taste. Cube vegetables. Cut brussle sprouts in half Toss and coat vegetables, some thyme, and the chicken in the olive oil and lemon juice mixture. Put chicken on one tray, vegtebles on another, with brussle sprouts cut side down. array on sheet pans, and bake at 425 till chicken is cooked, and pull chicken. Cook vegetables till browned. Wisk 3 tbs of water with 1/2 tbs of corn starch, and heat till thickened. Whisk in 3 tbs of lemon juice. Heat while whisking in 4tbs of butter till incorporated. Whisk in flax seed oil. While warm, mix in fresh time and chopped parsley.
