Mix corn starch and fiber and stir into the carrots, onion, and garlic, and cook for a few minutes.
Whisk pea protein powder, broth concentrate, nutritional yeast, and V8 together.
Mix into the pot with carrots, onion, and garlic.
Stir in 6 and a quarter cups of water.
Add beans.
Bring to a simmer and hold at a simmer for 10-15 min.
Add chopped parsley and milk, stirring well till combined.
Serve or store.
