Instructions
2 12 oz bags of frozen sweet peas 1 tsp broth concentrate ¾ - 1 tsp lite salt ¼ cup fresh parsley ½ tbs butter ½ - 1 cup of water. Black Pepper Herbs de Provance Add water, peas broth concentrate, salt, butter, and pepper into a pot with a lid, mix well. Bring pot to a boil, then back to simmer, cover, and cook till peas are nearly tender Chop parsley, and add to the peas. Cook till the parsley is wilted and peas are tender. Mash with an electric stick blender till it becomes a chunky paste.
