Remember, as far as toppings go for this, the sky is the limit. *savoury* -In a blender, combine 2 eggs and roughly 1.5 cups of raw/raw baby spinach in blender and season to taste -Blend until smooth -Pour into medium hot skillet in the center letting a circle form, assist it if needed, using butter or your favourite oil. Fry until browned until looking similar to a tortillas -Once ready, let rest for a few minutes while you scramble your eggs -Add shredded cheese and condiments to wraps -add eggs *sweet* Use Recipe above and add the following: 1/4 cup of your sweetener - adjust to your specs, this will work for a 1-1 alternative. 3/4 cup of your choice of Flour - I use super fine almond flour - adjust at your own discretion
