Preheat oven to 350 F.
Lightly grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with the garlic, chopped onion, egg, applesauce, cauliflower rice, celery, carrot, Heinz 57 sauce, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly with your hands.
Pat the meatloaf mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake the meatloaf in the center of the preheated oven to an internal temperature of 165 F (approx. 1 1/2 hours).
If using the optional topping, take the meatloaf out about 10 to 15 minutes before it is done. Carefully pour off excess grease and spread the sauce over the top. Return to the oven and continue baking until done.
Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes and then remove it to a platter. Slice and serve.
For a tangier topping, combine 3 Tbsp of Heinz 57 sauce with 3 Tbsp of maple syrup, 1 1/2 Tbsp of Dijon mustard, and about 1/2 teaspoon of Gochujang sauce. Blend well.
