Instructions
NOTE1: Recipe uses sausage, potatoes & corn that has previously been fully cooked. 1) Melt butter in a pan under medium heat. Dice onion, add to pan and saute until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. 2) Meanwhile, dice sausage and potatoes; cut corn from cob. 3) Add sausage, potatoes and corn to pan with onion. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning and mix well. Let mixture heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. NOTE2: Serve topped with a fried or scrambled egg.
