Preheat oven to 400*
smash 3 over-ripe bananas until they are mostly smooth
add almond butter and mix until well combined
add oats, protein and cinnamon
mix until well combined
Spread on a 8x8 or 9x9 baking sheet or dish
bake at 400 for 13-18 minutes
allow to cool completely cut into bars
these will come out soft and chewey
If you want a crunchier bar (think nature valley)
I put these in my dehydrator at 150 for 3 hours (or oven on the lowest setting for about 2 hours) or until they are crunchy.
Keep in an air tight container, they will last about a week
