Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 Brown ground beef Add taco seasoning, minced onion, and .5 cup water, simmer 5 min. Add drained corn, Ro Tel, and Ranch Style beans, simmer while mixing corn bread Mix corn bread per box directions with egg and milk Add cream corn to corn bread batter Put meat mixture in 9x13 baking dish, cover with corn bread mixture Bake for 25-30 min until corn bread is cooked through and golden Serve topped with hot sauce, grated cheese, and/or sour cream
