Pancakes with orange blossom cashew sauce

Instructions
In a bowl mix the pancake mix, water, and cinnamon until smooth. Cook the pancakes. While the pancakes are cooking, prepare the cashew sauce. Place the cashews, lime, syrup, orange blossom water, and dates into a blender and blend until smooth. Once the pancakes are finished cooking, split them and pour the cashew sauce on top. Enjoy!
