Instructions
Peel and slice apples in thin wedges. Coat with cinnamon and other anti-inflammatory spices. Place them in buttered glass or ceramic tart or pie pan in one layer. Microwave for 12 minutes, uncovered. Mix all other ingredients together along with more cinnamon mix. Microwave for 10 minutes. Cut into 4 servings, serve with cream.
