Instructions
1. Start by draining your chicken, and emptying the pack into a medium size mixing bowl. 2. Mix the onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and seasoned salt with the chicken then mix in the flour. 3. On medium high heat, add olive oil and butter to a sauce pan, cooking until simmering stops; then add your chicken to the pan and spread evenly. 4. Cook your chicken until browned, then stir in buffalo sauce. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning. 5. Add cornstarch and mix in completely, cook uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes while stirring to thicken sauce; Remove from heat and serve.
