Roll into 1" to 1 1/2" balls and place into a well oiled deep sided baking dish, about the size of a cookie sheet.
Spray tops of meatballs. Sprinkle finely diced onions onto and between meatballs. This mimics pan fring with oil and diced onions step.
Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Internal temp should be 165 degrees.
Delicious. Flash freeze some for later.
