Instructions
Add all dry ingredients to bowl or food processor. Mix together, then slowly add water until fully incorporated. Once all dry ingredients are fully mixed either, continue to mix in food processor for an additional 60 seconds or stretch and fold the dough, 4-5 times after removing from bowl. Divide dough into 5 pieces then form into sealed balls, and place into sealable containers. Dough can then be stored in the fridge and allowed to rise for up to 5 days. If using immediately place in a sealed container and allow to rise for 1 hour prior to use. This recipe should make 5 approximately 10 inch pizzas.
