Cilantro Lime Black Beans

Instructions
Ingredient Zest of 1 lime Cook garlic in pan over medium heat until fragrant, then add and toast cumin. Add cumin, garlic, and bouillon to beans. Cook beans as desired. (I usually either soak overnight, then boil/microwave, or pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.) Use 1.5 to 2 cups of water per cup of beans and add one additional cup if pressure cooking. Once beans are finished cooking add cilantro, lime zest and juice, and mix well. (Note this recipe does not keep well.)
