Set crockpot to low - Add skins of 1 pineapple, sliced ginger root , 2 to 4 cinnamon sticks, 12 to 16 whole cloves, turmeric root or powder and 3 liters of water. Cook on low simmer for 20 to 24 hours. Drink on cup a day. May water down if flavor is too strong. Good for inflamation, blood pressure, blood sugars, etc..
May add an apple or two if you like to sweeten naturally. Add honey after tea drink is cooked if you like.
