Reaf's White Bean, Kale & Kielbasa Soup

Instructions
1. Slice 1/2 turkey kielbasa into 1/4" slices and sauté in olive oil in a large pot until browned. 2. Cut white and light-green portion of a large leek into thin slices and add to the pot, stirring until softened. 3. Add chicken broth, cooked navy beans, salt and pepper to taste, and chopped kale. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer and continue cooking for 30-45 minutes. 5. Serve with sourdough or other bread of choice. May be topped with parmesan cheese or diary-free cashew-nutritional yeast alternative.
