Instructions
Do NOT wash haymans until ready to use. Store in a cool dry place until then. 1) Wash potatoes well and dry. Trim ends, if desired. Brush with melted butter or olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap potatoes in tin foil. 2) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake for 50 minutes.
