Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees - In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add eggs, butter, vanilla, maple syrup and stir well. - If using oats, blend oats in blender until you have a fine powder. You can always blend less for a coarser grain. Blend longer for a finer oat flour. - Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices to the banana mixture and stir until everything is combined. Do not overstir. - Stir in nuts. Pour into a prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Start checking about 30 minutes in just in case. - Let cool then enjoy! I recommend storing in the fridge to keep fresh longer.
