Instructions
1. Chop chicken, broccoli and mushroom 2. Put oil in a frying pan and cook mushroom and broccoli. Add salt & pepper to taste. 3. Add light cream cheese, chicken and pesto. Add a couple of tablespoons of water. 4. Cook the pasta according to packet. 5. When cooked, add to frying pan. Dont drain it too much. You want some if that moisture in the mix. 6. Serve with parmesan.
